    Description

      at qwidget.h QT_NO_TOOLTIP  is used but the moc tool generates a ui_xx.h with QT_CONFIG(tooltip) (was QT_NO_TOOLTIP in 5.12)  to hide the setToolTip() calls.

      Also with QT_NO_ACCESSIBILITY versus QT_CONFIG(accessibility)
