Create a .cmake.conf in each qt repository similar to .qmake.conf that would contain the version string for easy parsing by the branch_qt.py version bumping script

    Description

      Teach pro2cmake.py to create this file with 6.0.0 initially, and then make the main repo CMakeLists.txt file include .cmake.conf before the first project() call.
