FTBFS qt6 with MT(d) runtime

When trying to build qt 6 with "-DFEATURE_static_runtime=ON", the tools fail to link with Bootstrapd.lib with a lot of "error LNK2038: mismatch detected for 'RuntimeLibrary': value 'MDd_DynamicDebug' doesn't match value 'MTd_StaticDebug' in main.cpp.obj"
