Sort out when widget attributes Qt::WA_Resized and Qt::WA_Moved should be set in Symbian

In commit 6d44daddab9f36fd8c34bb3776c0fb0d93635e6e I added a test for Qt::WA_Resized and Qt::WA_Moved attributes. It seems that usage of those attributes differ within different platforms Qt supports. Originally I changed Qt for Symbian implementation similar as Linux, i.e. that all new tests pass but unfortunately it caused regression in fluidlauncher.

That's why I had to XFAIL the test also for Symbian.
