Add options to generate instance tables from external data. Probably involves inventing a file format.

We may also want to add a way to generate an instance table from a data model. QML data models are designed for creating QObjects, and it makes little sense to use them for creating an array of data. InstanceList does everything ListModel can do, and XmlListModel can be replaced by a direct XML reading option.
