Document how and why to use QJSPrimitiveValue and QJSManagedValue

If we want to encourage people to use these types over QJSValue (assuming that is the intention), we should document that. We should explain why they should be used instead of QJSValue and provide code examples. Perhaps also add a section to https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtquick-bestpractices.html.
