QtWebEngine can't find toolchain file when built from standalone tarball

    Description

      QtWebEngine fails to build form the standalone tarball because it can't find the toolchain file, unless one passes it explicitly in cmake

      CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-3.20/Modules/CMakeDetermineSystem.cmake:129 (message):

  Could not find toolchain file:

  /build/qt6-webengine/src/build/qtbase/lib/cmake/Qt6/qt.toolchain.cmake
