Remove Bookmarks does not use global suppression (Reset Warnings has no effect)

Steps to reproduce:

• Create some bookmarks (Ctrl+M)
• Bring up the manager (Alt+M)
• Right click and select Remove Bookmarks
• Click "Do not ask again"
• Open Settings -> Environment
• Click Reset Warnings

Expected behaviour:

• Remove all bookmarks should ask again.

Actual behaviour:

• Remove all bookmarks does not ask again.

Looking at the code, it seems there is no way to get the remove all bookmarks code to ask again, short of hand-editing the configuration for creator.
