As a tools-develoepr, I would be able to use BarDescriptorDocument even without a need to BarDescriptorEditor. This would help to properly implement BAR packaging that is post-processing .bar file.

Improve two-way editing of BarDescriptorDocument:

• Primary source of information should be stored in the documentation and should be replicated to the text on demand.
• text should be updated in affected regions only i.e. no more from-scratch rewrite of the whole text - this should help with keeping comments on their original place as well as keeping whitespaces.
