The removal of gdb without python support is not visible within the gui only in the debugger output pane

The support for using gdb without python is removed from gdb. This is not visible to the user in an obvious way only when running the debugger in the output pane. Please add a big fat warning when configuring the editor, that
python support is missing and probably disable debugging with this debugger?
