Subversion commit: Open diff of selected file in other window if window split is activated.

It is often necessary to open the diff view of a source file while editing the change log description of a subversion commit. Currently the diff is opened in the same window split as the commit editor. To my point of view it would be beneficial to the workflow if the diff window would pop up in the other split screen (similar to emacs behaviour).
