Renaming symbols with different capitilization is no longer possible

    Description

      I hit Ctrl-R on a member variable called "m_webview". I can now rename it to e.g. "m_webview2".

      I can not rename it to "m_webView" though. The dialog claims that the rename happened, but the files are unchanged.
