Have no API Level installed on your machine.
Open BlackBerry -> Setup options page.
See that it shows an error message about missing API Level.
Switch to BlackBerry -> API Levels page.
Press "Add..." button and complete to install a new "auto-detected" API Level (aka using already sdkinstall tool).

Actual behavior:
BlackBerry -> API Levels page is updated correctly and new API Level is visible there.
BlacKBerry -> Setup page is not updated correctly and still shows the error message.

Expected behavior:
BlackBerry -> Setup options page is updated and would not complain about missing API Level.
