Hovering over symbols does not trigger tooltip

      Trying out the 4.0 beta, I see a lot of warning symbols on the margins of the code, but hovering over the warnings does not reveal anything about the warning.

      Apparently hovering over the line or the right place on the line does, but there is no indication of that. I suggest hovering over the icon should reveal what the icon is about.
