No zooming in Help Window

    Description

      There is no zooming in-out in Qt Help System Widget and in Qt Assistant as well. Only headers are resizing, while zooming help pages. So the docs have small bad readable size.

      I put a couple of screenshots for old (good working proportional resizing) and new versions of qt assistant. The same is right for the qt creator builit-in help system.
