English interface wrongly shows the part of system-locale language

    Description

      When the system locale is not the English language (e.g. russian), and the Qtc interface language selected as English (from Tools->Options->Interface->Language->English), then Qtc displays the locale-defined text in some places (instead of English), see screenshoots:

      (I'm sorry, but I can not attach filer via Jira sinse JIRA reports errors for me)
