Quickfix "Convert to Camel Case" gives wrong suggestion for mixed notation

    Description

      Call the quickfix "Convert to Camel Case" on the following identifier:

      void mixed_andCamelCase();

      The quickfix suggests "mixedAndcamelcase" as replacement, better would be "mixedAndCamelCase".
