There are options to build all open projects, but it would be good to have a build selected (or all) project with all configured kits. I have 7 kits setup running debug and release builds of multiple projects and without scripting that means (14 * 4) clicks per project (open selector, select, open menu, click build), when it could be just one.

If this exists, it is super hard to find.
