Add CMake manipulations by SDKTool

QtCreator and CMake have tight integration.
QtCreator will soon use CMake server mode, as well as work on the development of the built-in interface to configure the project (replacement cmake-gui (QtDialog)) is carried out.

I CPack IFW generator developer, as well as its own CMake installer based on this generator. Possible to create a specific repository for installation as part of QtSDK (Tools/CMake/x.x).
