Create clang-format configuration for Qt Creator coding convention

Tke the webkit configuration from clang-format and modify it, so that it matches the Qt Creator coding convention.

We want that configuration in Qt Creator, and at some point use it for auto formatting modified areas or whole files. Perhaps using the beautifier plugin.
