remember the size of the qml root element in the designer

      Currently, the designer starts with a default window size of 640x480, if the element doesn't have a size set explicitly.

      From my point of view, it would be better if:

      • the designer remember the last set size for a given component
      • allow the default size of 640x480 to be changed in the Options dialog
