System GDB should be preferred in Kits that don't specify any

Boot2Qt provides image for Intel NUC which comes with GDB whose ABI matches that of the System GDB. If a desktop Qt package is installed afterwards, that Kit will pick up the GDB from the Intel NUC toolchain and not the System GDB. However, the GDB from the Intel NUC toolchain won't work when using with the Desktop Qt.
