Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a template project
2. Open projects mode run page
3. Add new run configuration by "Clone Selected"

Current behavior:

The run page shows two run environments that can be edited separately, the changes that are made in one of the environments are not transferred to the other. Step 3 can be repeated and each time a new run environment is added to the run page.

Expected behavior:

The environment of the original run configuration should be copied to the cloned one.
