Run cppcheck over whole project

    Description

      After adding support for cppcheck in QTCREATORBUG-20418, a possibility to run cppcheck over the whole project would be really nice.

      Something like "Analyze -> Clang-Tidy and Clazy", or even integrate cppcheck there?
