Simple way to add scripts for custom parse output

      Will be cool have a chance make simple scripts to parse "compile output"/"general messages" to "issues". For example: cmake run something scripts with some custom output, and translate error/warning/etc to "issues" panel.

      Something like dev/scripts/msvc2tasks.pl but with simple way to add new and with simple howto(like debug helper script).
