      step 1: Create a Qt Quick project
      step 2: Open Qt Quick Designer, then select a item, e.g. Rectangle
      step 3: Hovering cursor on "Mouse Area" or "Layout" etc. at the designer right area.
      Can pop up a tip, but it's content is empty.
