Error shows when building project when give the project name like '~!!'.

Steps:
1. Create a Qt Quick Application project. (Create project>Qt Quick Project>Qt Quick Application)
2. Give the project name as '~!!', other as default.
3. Run the project. Check the Compile Output.

Actual result:
Project could not run, error shows.

Expect result:
Project should be run as normal.

Comment:
If use the default project name - 'Untitled', it works fine.
