Add option to automatically open application output when debugging

Please add an option to automatically open application output when debugging (after the app has been built and is ready to be run).

Currently, each time you start debugging and the app has to be built, the output window stays at "compile output" and you have to manually change it to application one.

The similar option already exists for automatically opening application output when running application (without debugging).
