Missing Command Line Output when Running Release Build in Debugger

    Description

      1. I have a small console project which writes some output to the command line and then exits (see attachments).
      2. I configure the project to not run in terminal.
      3. I run this in the debugger, ignoring the warning about possible problems with breakpoints.
I don't see the command line output, neither in the Application Output view, nor in the debugger log.

I must admit that I have not been able yet to reproduce this manually. I can quite reliably reproduce it with a Squish test case, though: http://codereview.qt-project.org/11145 Telling the test case to pause for a second in the right moment hides the bug again, so this might be some timing issue.

It's reproducable manually on MacOS - it doesn't happen all the time but it can be reproduced frequently.
