Commit button disabled on Subversion Submit page when no description entered.

      Commit button on Subversion Submit page gets enabled only if some description for the commit is entered. However it is possible to commit changes via Closing Subversion Editor confirmation dialog without any description.

      Commit button is enabled in Qt Creator 2.4 without any description. It shoud be enabled in 2.5 as well.
