Can't reconfigure targets when deleted all the existing targets on a .qmlproject

    Description

      When I use a .qmlproject and I remove the build targets for it in the Project tab, the Targets tab disappears and I can't recreate new targets, I have to quit QtCreator, remove the .user and relaunch it to have the Wizard for reconfiguring targets.
      Works as expected when using .pro : if i remove all the targets I got a form to configure new targets in the Project tab, so I can recreate targets.
