many debug dlls are deployed in qt5 based qtcreator

The deploy Qt python scripts in the QtCreator repository needs to be adjusted to work with a Qt5 (release and debug build) correctly.
Maybe that is even broken with Qt4 but was not a problem because the Qt4 for QtCreator releases were built as release only.
