First-time installation

      User installs Qt to a new file system location.

      The existing CLI commands can be used. 

      The installation folder will be defined in the command line. If there is no folder given, the same default folders as today will be used. 

      The Maintenance Tool is installed to the installation root as today. 

      Authentication credentials will be asked in the command prompt, if not given as CLI arguments.

      In the first phase, the default installation will be sufficient. The support for additional components can be added later in the user story.
