Update MySQL on the CI machines to a later version

    Description

      Coming from QTBUG-61739 where it is indicated that the prebuilt versions of the MySQL plugins do not have access to transactions due to the fact that version of MySQL that is used is too old. We should upgrade to a later one in order to have more features available for the binary users.
