Reduce size of Qt logo on Gerrit

      The Qt logo in the new Gerrit installation make the header line taller than it needs to. Since vertical space is quite relevant when working on Gerrit, and the logo not so, it would be nice if the logo would be reduced to a size not larger than the rest of the header.
