update QSR docs according to splitted services configuration with two tcp ports

    Description

      • update docs to addr w/o port and port keys in config file
      • check if the new Middleware is referred right way
      • check if it is mentioned what the user should start, e.g. the neptune3-ui-qsr-cluster app, and what happens automatically
      • make sure that mentioned paths are cross platform and correct, e.g. ".config" does not exist on Mac.
