wrong server.conf file is copied to build folder on Windows which leads to servers not start

    Description

      for windows we have separate file win32/server.conf with 127.0.0.1 addr for server.

      After build server.conf file is copied with 0.0.0.0 binding addr from linux, which doesn't work for windows.
