Add an note to Qt IVI examples that they are desktop applications

    Description

      Some users still get confused while trying various examples provides by different components in Qt Automotive Suite. They try to run desktop examples with Qt Applciation Manager on top of Neptune. I believe one of the reasons is that they might assume that everything provided in Qt Automotive Suite run in Neptune.

      An explicite note that a given example is a desktop application would help a lot.
