      Add custom "Application Manager Device" type which helps us to:

      • separate build/deploy/run targets from build-in and handled by other plugins (Desktop/Boot2Qt/Generic Linux)
      • possibility to work with deploy&run targets through IDevice abstraction
      • manage AM-specific information and settings in a separate widget
