As a user, I want to be able to have a queued notifications, so I won't miss a notification, especially if there's a critical notification in between.

Currently, the notification is only showing the latest notification even though other notifications are stored in the notification center, but still if a critical notification is chosen to not being stored in the notification center, user will definitely miss it.
