The version information about Neptune showed in the System Dialog is not correct

    Description

      I'm curious how the user should interpret the following version information provided in the released 5.13.1 image on NUC:

      Neptune 3: 5.13.0 "v5.12.1_QtAS-199-gc34ba348, 2019-06-26 12:47:43 +0000"

      Is this Neptune 3 of the version "5.13.0" or of "v5.12.1" ? I know, that the second part of the string is supposed to show the SHA1, but how the user should understand what that and interpret right way?
