Keyboard shortcuts stop working after "neptune3-ui-qsr-cluster" has once been started

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • build "v5.13.0-1_QtAS-22-gcce694bf" with QSR support
      • Start Neptune3 UI
      • Try Ctrl-T to change the Theme. It works
      • Start "neptune3-ui-qsr-cluster"
      • Switch the focus back to the CC window
      • Try Ctrl-T to change the Theme. It does not work anymore
      • Stop "neptune3-ui-qsr-cluster"
      • Try Ctrl-T to change the Theme. It still does not work
      • Restart Neptune3 UI
      • Try Ctrl-T to change the Theme. It works

      Expected result: keyboard shortcuts always work if a Neotune 3 UI window is in focus for input.
