Add systemd service and switching for Neptune Qt Safe Renderer Cluster app

The demo case for qsr app on NUC is proposed to be:

1. Start neptune as service
2. All "dependent" services (drivedata, vehicle, media...) are started as separate services
3. Stop of neptune service leads (e.g. via systemd) to start of qsr service, which is using same neptune "dependent" services as data source
4. Stop qsr service leads to start of neptune service again

Steps 3-4 can be done repetitive.

Step 1,2 might be in different order

The way to stop neptune without switching "neptune->qsr" also should be proposed.
