Incorrect resizing on app start remains

      It seems that the improvements in the resizing are either not complete or do not work well. See the attached screenshots.

      It occurs on the NUC image taken from the installer. It says "Neptune 3: 5.13.0 "3e4beab5"" See the text file for the diagnostics info.
