    Description

      neptune services use server.conf file to bind to address, it is also used by neptune3-ui-qsr-cluster app as a source for connection address and is filled by neptune3-ui-qsr-cluster. This results in neptune services on next start to bind to 127.0.0.1 and not receiving incoming connections from remote companion app (for NUC - any)
