      As an example.

      As user I want to upload app with C++ plugin built for linux desktop and NUC. 

      They have same architecture label for Deployment server: x86_64-little_endian-64-elf and I cannot upload two instances even with different tags.

      Also there might be a situation when we have different Qt versions for which plugin is built.

      There should be a mechanism for uploading apps in such situations and a way for Downloads app to get filtered list of apps according to system it is running on
