When packaging a complex application, it often is needed to support normal Qt C++ plugins in addition to QML C++ plugins. While the latter is already supported by appman by defining an additional import path in the info.yaml, defining an additional Qt plugin path is not possible.

This should be supported in the appman-launcher for multi-process mode, but also in the single-process mode.
