Neptune UI doesn't allow to remove applications installed using QtCreator

    Description

      When installing an application using the "Download" application, you can also remove the application again in the same app.

      But when you installed an application using QtCreator (e.g. when trying our new parking tutorial) the app can't be removed easily from the UI.
