[AppMan] multi-process mode crashes on desktop with AMD graphics

preconditions:
Desktop Ubuntu 16.04
Qt Automotive Suite nightly build from 23.09.19
AppMan Version 5.13.1 (sha1: ea7811529421975182f3de519da36ea610844eb9)

AppMan unable to start any System-UI in a multi-process mode. I've tried to start Neptune3-UI and an example app "MiniDesk"
