The QSR window and its content are not aligned with the Neptune3 UI

    Description

      When installed from the recent installer and running on Ubuntu 18.04 with the KDE desktop, the QSR window and its content (tell-tales) are not aligned with the Neptune3 UI, as shown on the attachment. The QSR window also also larger than the cluster top level window. Resizing the QSR window to the size of the cluster window does not help - the tell-tales still cannot be aligned with the cluster ones
